Slaughter parameters of broiler chickens at different levels and ratios of arginine and lysine in the compound feed

The article presents the results of research on effect different levels and ratios arginine lysine in compound feed broiler chickens their meat productivity. We conducted by group method, 600 heads Cobb-500 crossbred chickens, divided into six groups according to principle analogs. During experiment, consumed that differed only content ratio between essential amino acids: lysine. established efficiency increasing arginine-lysine 1.10 at age 1–10 days; 1.06 11–22 days 1.07 23–42 days. That contributed an increase pre-slaughter live weight 0.68–0.88 % (р˂0.05), carcass before evisceration – 0.97–1.27 semi-eviscerated eviscerated 0.39–2.24 %, breast muscle 8.95–11.47 (p˂0.01), leg 1.67–9.47 (p˂0.05). yield muscles increased 1.64–2.18 (р˂0.01), 0.17–1.47 (р˂0.05); meatiness carcass, legs increased, respectively, 3.45 1.80 (р˂0.05) 1.64 %; edible parts 1.46–3.96 (р˂0.05). Narrowing ratio, accordingly 1.02; 0.97 0.98, led a decrease 1.91 respectively internal fat 0.40–1.10 decreased 1.08–3.23 0.66–2.15 0.43–1.10 (р˂0.01); 0.11 0.33 %.
